Madame Tussauds is now going to open in New Delhi.
Wax sculptor Marie Tussauds founded madame Tussauds. It is a wax museum in London with many branches in a number of major cities such as Berlin, Bangkok, Las Vegas, New York, and Prague, etc. and now it is going to open soon in New Delhi. Madame Tussauds is a major tourist attraction in London, displaying waxworks of famous people.
Madame Tussauds will be India's first branch of the wax museum. It'll open doors in June this year, with Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, American pop star Lady Gaga and India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi's status as some of the star attractions.
Mr. Bachchan is likely to attend the launch of the Museum, which will be open on the first and second floor of the Regal Cinema Complex in Connaught Place.
Madame Tussauds is going to be a new Facebook trend, where people will be sharing their selfies with famous wax models. On the other side, they'll be receiving comments by saying "Well my imaginary friend thinks you have serious mental problems" or "I am busy right now, can I ignore you some other time?"
Madame Tussauds is owned by a company Merlin Entertainments; following the acquisition of The Tussauds Group in May 2007, it includes the wax figures of historical and royal data, film stars, sports stars, and famous Murders.

In popular culture, many celebrities pose like their wax figures to prank people and publicity stunts.
